Bacon & Cheddar Puff Pastry Twists

  • Vita Ice Cherry Lime for serving
  • 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry thawed
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 12-14 strips Thin Cut Bacon sliced in half
  • 3-4 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Egg beaten


  • Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large, rimmed baking pan with parchment paper or foil. Place an oven-safe baking rack on top of the pan.
  • Place the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Brush half of the puff pastry with the beaten egg lengthwise.
  • Evenly distribute the chopped rosemary, brown sugar, and grated cheddar over the beaten egg side. Fold over the empty side of the puff pastry and gently press down to help seal it all together.
  • Using a pizza roller or sharp kitchen knife, carefully slice into ½” strips.
  • Place a half strip of bacon on top of each puff pastry strip and twist together. Place on the baking rack.
  • Brush the twists with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, flipping halfway through baking.
  • Drizzle with honey and garnish with flaky sea salt after baking to serve.
