Bang Bang Shrimp

  • 4 17- fl oz. Vita Ice Orange Mango Naturally Flavored Sparkling Water for serving
  • 1 lb. Large Shrimp deveined and shell off
  • 2 large Egg Whites
  • 1/3 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil


  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Aminos or Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder or freshly minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon


  • For the sauce, simply whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Butterfly the shrimp.
  • Whisk the egg whites until frothy.
  • Heat up a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil to heat up for 2-3 minute.
  • In the meantime, add the flour to a small bowl.
  • Dip the shrimp in the egg whites, then the flour, then place carefully into the hot olive oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let them cool on a wire rack lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oils.
