Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board

  • Vita Ice Lemon Lime Sparkling Water
  • 1 thin slice Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Mixed Nuts and Cranberries
  • ½ cup Marinated Olives de-pitted
  • 8 oz. Dry Cured Meats thinly sliced or chopped
  • 1 lb. Cheese of choice sliced into bite-sized cubes
  • 12-14 Fresh Rosemary Stems for the “garland”
  • Crackers for serving on the side
  • Any other favorite charcuterie additions!


  • On a large serving platter or charcuterie board, add the cheddar cheese slice. Cut out a star shape or use a cookie cutter. Place at the top center of the board.
  • Below the star, add half of the mixed nuts and cranberries.
  • Add a layer of rosemary stems.
  • Follow with a slightly longer (lengthwise) of salami and another layer of rosemary stems.
  • Add an even longer layer of cheese cubes and another garland layer of rosemary to match the same length.
  • Continue to layer the charcuterie board to match the shape of a Christmas Tree, using fresh rosemary as the “garland” to separate the layers.
  • Lastly, make a “stump” out of the remaining mixed nuts and cranberries.
