For the Fig Balsamic Sauce, simply stir together all ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
Toss the sliced bell peppers and olive oil together on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Broil on high for 5-10 minutes, or until roasted and tender.
To assemble the sandwich, spread the fig balsamic sauce on the bottom piece of ciabatta. Add the pitted and chopped olives next. Then add a single layer of sliced brie followed the roasted bell peppers.
Add a layer each of the salami and prosciutto. Lastly, add the arugula and fresh basil leaves. Add the top piece of ciabatta. Slice into 4 sandwiches.
