Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

  • Vita Ice Lemon Lime for serving
  • 2-3 lbs. Chicken Wings
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Ground Onion
  • 1 ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Hot Sauce


  • In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings in half of the seasoning’s mixture, lemon zest, and olive oil. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  • Add the chicken wings to the hot grill (about450F) to cool 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden and juicy.
  • In the meantime, make the sauce by mixing the sour cream, lemon juice, remaining seasoning’s mixture, and Dijon mustard together. Add hot sauce to taste.
