Preheat oven to 350F. Line a squared baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large skillet, add one tablespoon olive oil. After one minute, add the bacon to cook until golden and crispy, about 6-8minutes.
Remove the bacon and drain any excess fats.
Add a little more olive oil, as well as the chopped onions and garlic. Saute until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the ground beef to cook until browned, about5-6 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the mayo.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the prepared pan.
Add a single layer of cheese on the bottom half, then evenly spread out the ground beef mixture.
Add the crispy bacon, another single layer of cheese, and the top half of the sliders.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden brown on top.
