In a large pot over medium high heat, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain the pasta, spray cold water over top, then toss in olive oil.
In the same pot over medium high heat, add the olive oil to heat up for 1 minute. Add the garlic and ground beef. Use a wooden spoon to break up the beef and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
Add in the chopped carrots, celery, and yellow onion. Stir to combine, cook an additional 3 minutes.
Stir in the flour, seasoning, chicken broth, and marinara sauce. Cover the pot with the lid, then simmer on low for 10-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
When ready to serve, stir in pasta. Top with grated parmesan and freshly chopped basil. Enjoy with Vita Ice Pink Grapefruit for a refreshing drink!
