Summer Berry Salad with Creamy Yogurt Poppyseed Dressing

Creamy Yogurt Poppyseed Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp. Poppyseeds
  • Black Pepper & Salt to taste
  • For the Salad:
  • Vita Ice Strawberry Lemonade Sparkling Water for serving
  • Spring Mix
  • Spinach
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries trimmed sliced
  • Feta Cheese crumbled
  • Avocado thinly sliced
  • Grilled Chicken Breasts thinly sliced
  • Fresh Basil chopped
  • Candied or Roasted Pecans


  • To make the salad dressing, simply whisk together all ingredients until smooth and well combined. Add water to thin out the salad dressing to desired preference. Ass black pepper and salt to taste.
  • To make the salad, toss together the spring mix and spinach according to the amount of people being served. (The salad dressing will serve up to 5 people.)
  • Add the remaining toppings to the salad and toss with the salad dressing right before serving. Enjoy with Vita Ice Strawberry Lemonade Sparkling Water for a complimentary refreshment!
