Triple Chocolate Cheesecake with Strawberries

  • Vita Ice Strawberry Lemonade for serving
  • 12 oz. Chocolate Cookie Sandwiches
  • 4 tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 cups Chocolate milk or dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • (2) 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 8 oz. 2% or 5% Plain GreekYogurt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Granulated Cane Sugar
  • ½ cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 2 tsp. Espresso Powder
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Chocolate Ganache for garnishing
  • 1 cup Chocolate Buttercream for garnishing
  • Fresh Strawberries for garnishing


  • Preheat oven to 325F. Generously butter a 9” springform pan.
  • In a food processor, combine the chocolate cookie sandwiches and melted butter. Pulse until fine sand-like texture. Press into the prepared pan. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, milk, melted chocolate, eggs, sugar, flour, espresso powder, and vanilla together in a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the cheesecake batter into pan with the crust. Bake on the middle rack for30-35 minutes, until the center is a little jiggly but set.
  • Turn off the oven but leave the cheesecake inside. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for 1 hour.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Garnish with a homemade chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream swirls, and fresh strawberries.
